Named in honor of Brigadier-General Enoch
Crowder, a native Missourian, an alumnus of
the University of Missouri, and one time com-
mandant of the ROTC unit here at the Univer-
sity. Crowder Hall houses the equipment for
the motorized field artillery unit here on the
University campus. It also provides adminis-
trative and classroom space for the entire ROTC
unit, which includes both horse and motor-
drawn artillery.
