BENT'S FORT MUSEUM, LA JUNTA, COLO.
This museum is located in heart of the city
on Highway U.S. 50. It is named after the
famous fort, the Bents built in 1821, about six
miles down the Arkansas River.
A replica of the old fort and many interest-
ing weapons, utensils, photos etc. of the
Early West may be seen here.
