MODERN WOODMEN SANITORIUM,
WOODMEN, COLORADO
At the base of Cedar Mountain with a South and
East exposure and eight miles North of Colorado
Springs, stands the Modern Woodmen Sanitorium
for treatment and mostly cures of the tubercular
members of the order. It is perhaps the largest
and best equipped institution of the kind in the
world, supported by more than a million members
by a 3c per month assessment. Near it is Monu-
ment Park, where the rock formations are similar
to those in the Mushroom Park.
