LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA
During the Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Mas-
ters each summer, gay booths are put up at the
mouth of rustic Laguna Canyon. Here local resi-
dents exhibit their oil paintings, water colors, sculp-
ture, ceramics and other creative arts. Nearby is
entrance to Irvine Bowl, where the Pageant of the
Masters is staged nightly with living models.
