Your request for accommodations during the
Retreat opening at 6 o'clock Friday evening

accepted, and a room reserved for you.
The Retreat Captains in charge of organizing
this Retreat have completed their work. All the
food and other necessary supplies have been pur-
chased. Should you cancel your reservation you
will impose needless expense on the Retreat House,
and likewise deprive someone else of the oppor-
tunity to make this Retreat, as there is not now
sufficient time to replace you.
We hope you will not allow mere commercial
or social affairs to interfere with so important an
engagement.
We are looking forward to the pleasure of
having you with us for this Retreat.
