The Lake Wales Amphitheater is located
two miles south of Lake Wales on U. S.
Highway 27. The Amphitheater, built in
1952 for the winter performances of the
world famous Black Hills Passion Play, seats
over 3,000 persons. Acoustically perfect, and
with a stage length of 340 feet, this Amphi-
theater will be the scene of other fine out-
door entertainments during other times of the
year.
