self-styled "architects of appetites"—is truly

Completed in 1889, this beautiful granite
mansion is reminiscent of the West's fabulous
mining era and the gay nineties. Exquisitely
carved stairways and panels and beautiful iti-
terior decorations create an atmosphere of
quiet and dignity which portrays an exclusive
