During the high water season the river rushes
foaming white and on clear summery days the
calm waters mirror a scene of breath-taking beau-
ty in a blending of blue sky, fleecy clouds and
green foliage. It is a fisherman's paradise be-
cause of the Brook, Brown and Rainbow Trout
and Black Bass, all of which put up a good fight.
Here picnic tables and benches, stoves, firewood
and good drinking water may be had.
