RORICK'S GLEN AND THE RIVER. Rorick's Glen is a
beautiful park on the south side of the Chemung River, built
by the Elmira Water, Light and Railroad Company, and
named after a prominent resident of the city. It is elaborately
planned and operated, and together with its theatre, cost
about $ 75,000.
