of our nation. The trained teacher is the
great factor in the school. All the other
States furnish training schools for the
teacher. Oregon will have a Normal, and
Monmouth is the pioneer school. Vote
YES for Monmouth. If you pay taxes on

year. Trained teachers will stimulate in-
terest in the rural schools and help to
