The World's greatest and second highest Monument,
Put-in-Bay, Ohio. Erected by the United States and the

commemorating Perry's Victory, September 10, 1813, a
century of peace between English speaking peoples and
dedicated to a lasting international peace by arbitration and

construction, granite; night floodlight illumination, visible
40 miles at sea. Elevator to the top. Cost in excess of
$1,000,000.
