Additional Details:
As the traveler enters the Famous Indian Head Estate, by way of Daniel Webster Highway from the south, the eye is first attracted by the Great Indian profile, on Pemigawasset Mountain, on the left, which is known as Indian Head, over shadowing and towering 1,260 feet above the highway, then, north and east by the mammoth peaks of Lafayatte, Liberty, Flume, Lincoln and many others of the Francome Range. From the top of the steel observation Tower there are many more wonders to be seen such as the Notch, Washington lying in state, Camels Back and a grand view of the Pemigewasset Valley.
