Back in the olden days, legend has it, King Henry
VIII of England was served that choicest of beef
from the loin of a grain-fed steer. It is no wonder
the King Knighted the Steak that is to this day
called "Sir-Loin.” We like to believe that when the
King finished his steak—"It was a Knight Well
Spent!"
