| This district, located on the East Side, is one of the msot densely populated areas in the city, and one of the most interesting. The narrow streets are lined with push-cart venders, dealing in all classes of foodstuffs. Electric cars traverse very few of the streets, as the old-fashioned horse car is still to be found, moving slowly through the narrow streets. |
