MR KENAI, Alaska was established in 1791 by Rus- sian fur traders. In 1846 the first mission was built with hand-hewn logs by a Russian monk. The oil lands of Kenai and Cook Inlet are fast becoming Alaska's major industry in dollar values. Alaska's first commercial oil refinery is in operation here. Published by C. P.
