In this building are handled all legal matters
pertaining to real and personal property, Coun-
ty roads, schools and taxes. The District, Pro-
bate and City Courts are conducted here, as
Leavenworth is the county seat of Leavenworth
County, Prosperous, agricultural areas, thous-
ands of acres of grain, fruit, and alfalfa, with
excellent highways in all directions, encompass
the city; a most interesting region for the mo-
torist during harvest season.
