SCENIC AND HISTORIC U. S. 15 THROUGH
PENNSYLVANIA, MARYLAND AND VIRGINIA
This North-South route, which traverses
areas of great historical interest, is renowned
for its scenic beauty and is used very exten-
sively by motorists, since it passes through
smaller towns which do not delay travel time.
It is for this reason considered a fast North-
South route. U. S. Route 15 runs from Roches-
ter, New York, to Walterboro, South Carolina.
