In the quaint, old-fashioned town of Rockport, Indiana is the unusual "Lincoln Pioneer Village", a memorial to Abraham Lincoln's boyhood, which was lived in Spencer County, Indiana. This scene shows one part of the village which consists of sixteen log houses, each one representing a pioneer building connected with Spencer County history and the life of Abraham Lincoln. This memorial was designed by George H. Honig and built by W.P.A. labor
