The Bent Elbow, located in the historic gold and silver mining
town of Silverton, takes you back in time to the hectic era when
Silverton was brawling and rowdy with its round-the-clock gam-
bling, drinking and dance hall girls.
Notorious Blair Street has changed little in appearance over the
years and it has become a favorite location for film companies
shooting western movies such as "Night Passage" (James
Stewart), "Maverick Queen" (Barbara Stanwyck), "Great Day in the
Morning" (Virginia Mayo), "Run for Cover" (James Cagney) and
"Ticket to Tomahawk" (Dan Dailey and Anne Baxter).
