COURTHOUSE
Franklin County Courthouse, Ottawa, Kansas. Built in 1893,
the structure is considered one of the masterpieces of the
noted Ottawa architect George P. Washburn. Inside it features
handsome oak woodwork, tile floors, and a large and imposing
courtroom. The courthouse is listed on the National Register of
Historic Places.
