THE LA MESA DEPOT LA MESA, CALIFORNIA The La Mesa Depot is the only surviving San Diego & Cuyamaca Railway Station in existence. The 1894 Depot was restored in 1981 by volun- teers of the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum and is part of an exhibit of Railway Equipment open free to the public on weekends.
