At nine official Inauguration balls in Washington, D.C.,
50,000 G.O.P. celebrators danced until the wee hours, as
the Reagans zipped across the city in 32 hours to make
appearances and dance. Nancy's dress was of great inter-
est: she wore a $22,500.00 white Galanos gown lent to her
