In the Capitol Rotunda, as Washington officialdom looks
on, President Ronald Reagan takes the oath for his
second term. The Inaugural parade and festivities were
cancelled due to blasts of frigid arctic air, but it was warm
and optimistic inside as Chief Justice Warren Burger
administered the oath as the President placed his hand on
the old family Bible that once belonged to his mother.
Helpful wife, Nancy, unflaggingly supports her beloved
