SANGRIA DE TORO
Here is the traditional recipe to make SANGRIA DE TORO, the
way it is being made in Spain since the Middle Ages.
This refreshing punch of fruity sweetness will enable you to
appreciate SANGRE DE TORO red wine, even drinking it cold.
Ingredients:
Cut lemons and oranges in
(for about 6 people)
slices and place all ingre-
1 bottle SANGRE DE TORO dients in a glass pitcher; stir
1 small bottle soda water thoroughly with a long spoon.

Other fruits in season may be
2 oranges
added, except melon.
some ice cubes
If desired, add 2oz. of TORRES
sugar to taste (about 2 spoonfuls) brandy.
