The First Parish Church in Duxbury, Massachusetts was
gathered in 1632 by Elder William Brewster. This the
fourth meeting house for the church was erected in
1840. The bell was purchased from the Paul Revere
Company in 1819. John and Priscilla Alden were among
the first members. To the right of the church is the
old town house.
