Golf is a year around sport in St. Peters-
burg, Florida, which has five beautiful tropical
courses within the city limits. In March of each
year the foremost golfers in America compete
in the annual $5,000 St. Petersburg Open Cham-
pionship tournament which attracts large gal-
leries of winter visitors.
