THE MARITIME BUILDING
This building is one of the most interesting and unusual
at the Fair. Twin ship prows, each 80 ft. high, which is
higher than the nose of the Normandie, give a nautical
flavor to the main entrance. Boat decks, a 150-ft. mast
and a large basin for display of yachts and cruisers carry
out the sea effect. Architects Kahn, Muschenheim and
Brounn.
