A FRONT VIEW OF ST. GERTRUDE'S CONVENT,
Cottonwood, Idaho, completed in 1924. The
brick annex to the south was added in 1948-49.
It provides a home for the 182 Benedictines of
the community. There are rooms for a college
library and classrooms for the junior College of
St. Gertrude which is at present primarily a
sister formation institution. Dormitories and a
dining room for the 50 high school resident
girls have their location in this building 300
yards from the Academy.
