Dear Leo,
The Collingston Post Office, which has served northern
Box Elder County since February 28, 1881, was closed by the
US Postal Service on Friday, April 16, 1982. Sorry that the
card cannot be canceled at the Collingston Post Office as
requested. There are presently 63 families in the Collinston
area which are now part of my mail róute out of Brigham City,
Utah Post Office on R.F.D. # 1. My route serves 450 families
covering 81 miles of country side.
