  The Rittenhouse Apartments was built in 1956 by Morris Pollin and Sons and was once a swanky apartment building in its heyday. It was even featured in a 1956 Magazine called "Progressive Architecture". It talked about the Central Heating and Air Conditioning System installed and how it was state of the art. This building was almost hotel quality when it opened. It isn't like this today ????
