BB-33 OLD WASHOE CLUB Virginia City, Nevada Virginia City's oldest saloon. Built in 1862 during the Civil War and was known as the most elaborately furnished club west of New York. Many notables belonged to this club, such as President Grant, Horace Greeley, Mark Twain, John Mac- kay, Jim Flood, Adolph Sutro, A. J. Ralston and many others. PUB.
