THE RIVERAMA.. A UNIQUE FLOATING EXHIBIT
Riverama was built on a 1,000 ton barge by New York
Trap Rock Corporation, one of the country's largest
producers of crushed stone with plants on the Hudson
River at Haverstraw, Tomkins Cove, Verplanck, and
Clinton Point, 6 mi. south of Poughkeepsie. The Riverama
exhibit features highway and road construction displays,
model community, operating stone production models,
and other attractions.
