Greenfield Village, Dearborn, Michigan
The Waterford General Store was the princi-
pal shopping place in a small Michigan town, a
short distance from Detroit, after it was built
nearly a century ago.
Besides being a general store, it served
variously as a church, residence, roller skating
rink and meeting house.
