WELCOME TO LINDSBORG, KANSAS
In 1868 a group of immigrants left Sweden to make a new
home in America's heartland. They settled in the Smoky
Hill Riber Valley and established Lindsborg. Lindsborg is
a charming town of about 3000 people with brick streets,
Swedish shops, and friendly people. The Dala (daw-la)
Horse is the symbol of Lindsborg and the best known folk
art of Sweden.
