I came across the picture of Camp Hansen Okinawa in 1968 on another Marine's picture site. I copied and pasted it to a book I wrote, and the publisher is telling me I had to trace its origins to get copywrite authority to put it in my book. Therefore, I am asking your permission to use it, or alternatively asking how much it will cost me to put it in my book.
