should visit San Joaquin County, California,
before returning home. This county is the
home of the luscious peach, apricot, plum,
prune, grape, fig, olive, celery, potato and
asparagus. Land for small acre farming
is cheaper than any other part of California;
soil is rich and deep; plenty of irrigation,
and 238 miles of permanent "Good Roads"
are being built. Am told that it is a new
Empire just opening up for the small
farmer.
