  I am 70 years old and I grew up near this incredible restaurant. I used to beg my parents to go there, and luckily for me, they loved it to. I can still remember the beautiful presentations and wonderful flavors. (The best ribs of ant kind Ive ever had to rhis day.) The only bad part of this experience is that I have never found any Chinese food nearly as good. Not even in S.F.
  I haven't been to the China Chalet in decades, but the memories are still fresh. I hope it is still as as good as it was in the 60s!

  We lived in Oradell and this restaurant was a regular Friday night special occasion for my two brothers and mom and dad. It was the late 80's and early 90's and I remember it so well. It was a special place in my childhood.
