The New York Aquarium contains 7 large
floor pools, 80 large glass-fronted wall tanks and
72 small aquaria, in which are displayed approxi-
mately 10,000 specimens of 400 species consisting
of world wide marine and fresh water fishes and
other aquatic animals. Attendance over 2,500,000
annually.
