Dear Dorothy: Very best of good wishes for a wonderfully
happy day on your birthday and then a year full of health
and happiness! I am sorry this is late but I will be think-
ing of you as you celebrate.
Thank you for your beautiful Christmas card and the ever-
so-sweet note. I just love it! Mother and Dad arrive on
the 23rd so we had a glorious holiday altho I still find it
so hard to do without Perry. We had dinner in the garden
with peach pies for dessert the peaches had just been
picked off our own tree.
On Feb. 1st we start South for the lakes and will be gone
for two weeks. We go by train, autocar and steamship and
understand the country is very beautiful.
We have just finished 2 weeks of Daily Vacation Bible School
I helped with children and at the organ. It was most inter-
esting. Miss you so much. Warm greetings with my love, Clara
