is owned and maintained by the Loyal Order of Moose at
Mooseheart, Illinois, forty miles due west of Chicago on the
Lincoln Highway Here dependent children of deceased mem-
bers of the Fraternity, gathered from all sections of the United
States and Canada, are being trained for life in a model little
city of homes, schools, churches, shops, stores, offices, play-
grounds, parks, etc. The Child City covers in all over two
square miles in area and comprises 180 buildings.
