Municipal Auditorium, built in 1931 at a
cost of $5,300,000, has been pronounced the
finest building of its kind in the U. S. The
building is of marble, limestone, concrete and
steel and covers an area of 408 feet by 836
feet with a seating capacity of 14,000 to the OV20
main Auditorium. It also has 23 smaller faams
capable of seating 50 to 1800.
