You should see the tan I'm
getting . . . been going to our
pool every day. Took a while
before I'd expose my un-Holly-
wood shape to the public but
that's what's so wonderful
about Kern City . . . no silly
worrying about appearance or
age or how much money you have.
Everybody's just out to enjoy
life and each other. Goin' off
to a "desert picnic" tonight
with steaks and stuff.
Got a
"blind date," too-some lady
who just moved in. Bill up the
street set it up. Imagine a
"blind date" at my age !
