STATE EDUCATION BUILDING
The rotunda on the second floor gives ac-
cess to the various reading rooms of the State
Library, with general reference in center
occupying the north wing. On the right are
the periodical room and Medical Library and
on the left the Law and Legislative Libraries.
The rotunda bears appropriate inscriptions,
and set in panels along the walls are 32
murals which aim to depict education in its
widest sense.
