Virginia granite, was completed in 1894, at
a cost of over $1,500,00 Here are the ofi-
ces of tre chiefs of City Departments, as
well as various Municipal Courts. From the
balcony at the top of the clock tower180-
feet high, one more unfortunate "weary of
life, some years ago leaped to his death,
being impaled upon the railings below:
