A Gold Camp Revived on the original Site.
This Log Cabin was built in 1876 and has been in
continuous use since that date as a home, store, Tavern,
Gambling Hall, and until furnished as it appears in the
picture, was part of a Filling Station. The furnishings are
of the early period of Rockerville, which at one time was
a town of 2000 with a Newspaper, a Bank, Stores and
seven Saloons.
