PROSPECTOR'S CAMP
A prospector prepares his breakfast of "Flap
Jacks“ and coffee as his burro stands by. The burro
will carry food and water for 10 to 12 days, along
with the tools of the trade and the prospector's
bed roll. As one drives along the modern western
highways these old timers are often seen as they
search for minerals. Weekend prospectors use Jeeps
and cars but it is still the prospector with the burro
that covers the back country of our great desert
