This is the home of the late Rev. and Mrs. George
Bennard author of America's favorite hymn, "The
OLD RUGGED CROSS". The cross was erected in
1954 through the courtesy of the Reed City Chamber
of Commerce, and is located north of Reed City,
Michigan.
