U.S. NAVAL TRAINING CENTER San Diego, California Recruits in processing at R and O (Receiving and Out- fitting) at Camp Nimitz receive inoculations with high- speed airgun. NTC was placed into commission June 1923, and encompasses 508 acres in San Diego's Point Loma district.
