This architectural drawing shows Burling-
ton's new Walter M. Williams High School,
designed to accommodate 1,500 students. The
school also has an auditorium that will seat
2,500 people. The gymnasium is not included
in present plans, but is planned for construc-
tion as soon as possible before or after class-
rooms and auditorium are completed. The new
• school, named in honor of Mr. and Mrs.
Walter M. Williams of Burlington, will be
among the most modern and best equipped
to be found in the East,
