This greeting is from the very beautiful city of
Roswell, New Mexico, one of the pioneer towns of
early days when the “cowboy was king” and rival
cattle barons fought their battles in the days of
"Billy the Kid" and the Lincoln County wars
nearby. Now it is an educational center-home of
the splendid New Mexico Military Institute—with
varied interests.
